I would like to say 'thank you' to Kathy as she helped me write a letter to claim money from my ex job. It was very stresful for me but Kathy was very kind and very very helpful. I received the money in two days!!!! She also taught me how to go about this sort of issue in the future if it were to arise again (hope not) I am very happy to have got to know people in skills exchange. I hope I can be helpful for someone in future!!
