Today on a glorious Saturday morning Debbie and her husband Richard came to have a go at my logs.

Richard has a chainsaw and splitting axe and very kindly and skilfully chopped the logs that I meant to have split before Christmas, but due to hurting my back were still laying there staring at me.. I am so grateful that Richard helped me out with it, not only did he tackle the logs he also sorted out the lime trees. We carted the wood to the allotments to make some very decorative fencing, pea sticks, posts and bean sticks.

I hope his back is still OK, I can recommend Barbara and Mike for a good hot stone massage!
