"After 'advertising' my marmalade making skills recently, I had several enquiries. I have now made marmalade for 3 people, earning myself 3 gems. I love making marmalade, and think it tastes so much better and more orangey than the bought variety. It's also good to be making something with seasonal produce, as Seville oranges only appear in the shops for a brief few weeks in January. And they were actually organic oranges from the local greengrocers (though they've obviously been flown in from somewhere warmer!). So I hope my 3 customers are enjoying their marmalade."
