Although I personally am not a member of the skills exchange, my mum and dad are.
In the past I have been able to have hot stone massages from Mike after some heavy Rugby sessions.
Now I am on my gap year, I have had more time to contribute to the exchange. I have helped move Jude, baked cakes, and recently I cut up some wood for Kathy.

In return she gave me a neck massage again after a rugby match. I have come to know Kathy, as she helped us sort out our passport application. Because of the skills exchange I have met a lot of people I otherwise would not have been able to get acquainted with.
