Thanks to Dianne's inspiration, this year's baking club was a great success.
A week before Christmas I started baking some batches of mini mince pies for Dianne and Sally (and my boys) they in return baked some delicious caramel and chocolate short bread biscuits as well as a lovely coffee and walnut cake which were devoured by all the guests who came around for Christmas.
I enjoyed the baking so much, now I got the hang of it, that I 'advertised' to see if I could earn some gems that way to pay for looking after my hens for Christmas. Within minutes orders came streaming in and in a time span of 2 days I baked over 200 mini pies.
Thank you to all of you who gave me the chance to do some baking for you. If any of you who are sitting on a large amount of gems, would like some (vegetarian) meals cooking, I would be very happy to do that for you.
