this is very strange as I seemed to have walked totally in tune with Francis Ayley. When he first set up his LETS in London, a month before I set up Chippers in West Bridgford, he experienced virtually the same problems and now he runs his system on line, just like we do.

One big difference: they do barter and have not got a fixed currency based on time.
Good to see how others do it though.
