Every January I try and remember to buy the Seville oranges which are only available this month to make my annual batch of marmalade. But what a joy it was to find that Karina was offering to make a batch for anyone wanting to part with a gem! Well, that's what I call a gem well spent. So off I went to Karina's house armed with a bag of jam jars and returned home with them full to the brim and all nicely labelled, all in a matter of minutes. Thanks Karina. I can forget about the oranges now until next January!
