I have kept meaning to write and let you all know about fellow exchangers but never quite got round to it.

First of all thank you to Karina

I would just like to let everyone know about Karina the bread maker extraordinaire. I took Karina up on the offer of two loaves for a gem and they were excellent. I was happy to have any variety but I do believe Karina takes requests for brown, white or loaves with bits in ( Wells terminology not mine) I will certainly be ordering two more large loaves.

For all those of you feeling a bit fed up and Januaryish why not treat yourself to a massage with Anne T H or Kathy A. A massage session really does lift your spirits and leave you feeling calm and relaxed – not to mention helping an aching shoulder. I also had an Indian head massage with Anne which was wonderful. Treat yourself with a gem or give one as a gift and treat one of your friends to a tailor made massage – Just let them know the areas that you want them to focus on.

If anyone wants any sewing jobs, lifts or trailer facilities I will be very willing then I can have some more bread and another neck, shoulder and back massage.
