We spent a very lovely Sunday morning cake baking. We made a coffee and walnut Birthday cake for Clara's friend and Clara decorated it beautifully with icing, chocolates and walnuts. Clara is really talented and dextrous and found everything simple and easy, she is a natural... I am not only looking forward to some beauty treatment from Clara but also looking forward to you making my Birthday cake next year Clara!'
