Michael the Sushi man
Today we had a wonderful lunch made by our son Michael. He made some vegetarian and fish sushi (smoked salmon). Apart from it looking good it was a real treat to be presented with some freshly homemade speciality.

Michael, thank you so much for our lunchtime treat! The sushi you made for us was absolutely exquisite, so tasty, and we still have enough left for lunch tomorrow too! In these credit crunch times I view the exchange of one gem for aall of that exceptional value! I can't wait for my next batch ...
