Whilst working in the Shared Garden we were looking at the lushly grown Kale, when Andrea mentioned the deliscious curry Joe had made the night before. The recipe called for spinach but as there was an abundance of Kale, Joe experimented and the end result was fantastic.
He made his own panir and added the spices and ingredients to make a meal fit for a Raja.

A few days after, I felt like having a day off and not cook at all that day. The mouthwatering recipe still lingering in my mind, made me contact Joe to see if he could help out. On Sunday evening, at the end of a busy day, Joe appeared with his just prepared Kale and Panir dish.

Andrea had not exaggerated, it was not only deliscious it was a treat to not to have to cook and giving me the opportunity to spend time with the boys. Many thanks to Joe and Andrea for allowing me to experience this. Karina
