Many thanks to Laraine who made these wonderful curtains for our newly decorated front room. As you can see, I still need to hem them (I wanted to adjust the length in situ), but it saved me so much time (or money!). I did feel rather bad, as after Laraine started making them, she decided to move away, so hasn't been able to spend the fairly large number of gems she earned. But the gems are going to Karina's kitty, to help with the Summer Gathering.

As I spent quite a lot of my stash of gems, we now need to earn some more. So, we can offer cake making (a batch of raspberry/blueberry muffins, maybe, or a traybake, or lemon meringue pie) - you pay the ingredients, we provide the time for a gem. Or jam making - especially with pick your own fruit season coming up. Or a home-made loaf (using our bread making machine).

We can look after your garden while you're away, even cut your lawn/hedge so it's spick and span when you get home - or give us a shopping list to get in for your return.
