I recently circulated an email reg a leaky radiator and after not having any reply, I took upon myself to contact Simon Ch of the list: Simon has been really lovely, although he’s really busy building an extension and has an 8 month pregnant wife, he took the time to pop round and advise us. He basically explained to Dave, my partner, how to go about doing the job himself, while reassuring him that he could always pop back if we were struggling. And I am pleased to say that Dave and myself successfully managed to replace 2 radiators this weekend – we feel extremely proud and are delighted to have learned a new skill
