Last Friday Karina came on the Skylink bus (which dropped her off in front of our home) to teach me how to make bread. Over a lovely cup of chai latte Karina explained how to go about mixing the flours, adding the yeast and water, how to knead and let it rise. Every now and a gain she popped to the next room to see how Giovanni was getting on. We had a great time and the bread, which I cooked a few hours later, was lovely.
