I would like to thank John B for giving me 2 hours of his time to teach me how to do silver service and prepare a dinner table set up. In those 2 hours I learned a lot and feel confident that with some practice I can be a waiter to earn some extra money to fund my university life.

2 days after his training with John, Thomas got a job at St John's college Cambridge where on the 27th April he and 4 other waiters served the Queen when she came for the 500th anniversary of the College.
