Hi Fellow Skills Exchangers

I would just like to thank Karina and Kate for opening their homes to members last week-end. Both days were thoroughly enjoyable and if you did not make it then you missed out on a fun sociable get together.

For the first time in my life I am a millionaire – even if is a ‘Gem Millionaire. I am now the proud owner of 25 Gems and that is after trading a couple of gems for Sallys delicious Champagne and Coffee truffles which will be ready for collection on18th Dec as I am having a Pre Christmas dinner for family who we wont see at Christmas. We have already eaten the delicious Cup Cakes which were hand made by Shazia for one gem and they were swilled down with copious amounts of tea from Liams mug which my children seemed to have taken over. I also swapped a few glass Christmas decorations for a beautiful little pot with a wonderful glaze and an Indian head massage thrown in from Liam and for my Christmas tree I got 3 lovely lavender filled birds from Dianne Marsh for a gem.

My glass star, Christmas tree and parcel decorations were very well received. I have had to make more for Magda and Marta and I will also now have to make some more Christmas cards for myself as they nearly all went.

I am now looking forward to spending my Gems on a Winter House Clean ready for Christmas ( I missed spring cleaning !!)
