today 4 members turned up to have a go at the breadbaking course. We made 8 loaves of granary and wholemeal bread as well as the easy, no knead gluten free bread made by James and Ken.
After an hour all four went home with their dough, to prove at home and then finish baking.
Great hopes for tomorrow's breakfast, can't wait to hear back to see how the loaves turned out.
