After a day of apple and pear picking I needed to turn the not so good ones into juice.
Rather than doing this alone, I decided to let the group know that if anyone wanted an hour of entertainment and learning a new skill, they could come and help with the pressing.

A few hours later, 4 of us turned a wheel barrow of apples and pears into some delicious juice.
Radmilla showed me how to pasturize the juice and make sure that it would keep for many months. Hope she is right so we can have this nectar in the winter months.
