A month or so ago I met up with Flora, to talk through the pruning of the fruit trees in my garden. The time at the time was not quite right for pruning my apricot tree, but she promised me to come one day and sort it so it has plenty of fruit next year and she has enough prunings to possibly take cuttings off.

Last Sunday I came back home and there she was, armed with loppers and razor sharp pruning secucateurs reshaping and pruning my apricot tree.
I had a go last year which resulted in a dozen or so fruits, hopefully now the expert has been and has explained to me what to do in future, we shall have plenty of fruit next year to share around a bit more.
